Thoughts;

Some of these blends aren’t for me, I am truly not a minty person, so those I will be giving to my daughter or as a RAOK to someone. Some of them also didn’t have much of a cold smell, however I have learned that through the nature of wax, that doesn’t mean it would throw like crazy when it’s melted.

I very much look forward to supporting Jess in her wax adventure and seeing what she comes up with next.

It looked interesting. We found it on netflix and it has some “Name brand” people in it.

This movie was confusing, horrible and weird.

Thoughts;

My husband was dying to see this movie. He had asked several times if we could watch it, so I said sure why not.

This movie was long, and slow. I watched the entire thing but it was certainly not a movie I would watch again.

It starts with these bearded burly guys in furs that are attacked my Indians. Turns out the Indians are looking for the daughter that was taken by the French. The fur traders must go on a different path, Leo gets attacked by a bear, they find him, try and fix him up and end up leaving him after they kill his son. Leo than seeks revenge against the man who killed his son.

That’s it, you got the movie. If you like these kinds, then go ahead and watch it, otherwise I’d suggest skipping it

I normally am the one sending out RAOK’s to people. I was very surprised to receive one and appreciate everything.

I received this full envelope on Friday the 15^th and was able to open it on Saturday the 16^th. I recorded a video but must have done something wrong as only 1 minute actually recorded. I am in wax heaven with this RAOK, it’s amazing and it’s very special to know that people truly care J

Thoughts;

Having watching the first movie and founding it decent and different I figured this second movie would be about the same. Not so. What was nice is that they followed the back story from the first movie.  Since this a comic book style movie it did follow that type of a movie, I like the black and white with the red coloring.

Ava Green is an up and comer or a sometimes working actress with a very unique voice. I remember her from watching Dark Shadows. This movie however is much darker and she spends a lot of the movie naked with her boobs hanging out.

Not the best movie but not a total waste of my time either like some I’ve watched recently.

Thoughts;

This is a Quentin Tarantino movie. If you are offended by the use of the word “Nigger” DO NOT WATCH. They use that word through out the entire movie as referring to Samuel L Jackson’s character. This movie clearly takes place during a different time when that word was used in common place to refer to black people. I enjoy checking IMDB for reviews and tons of people gave it low scores for this alone.

First off, this movie is long, very long. It’s slow going but not boring by any means. There are “Chapters” in this movie and as Tarantino does, it is all put together at the end.

It’s a ‘who’s bad” type of movie and it truly keeps you guessing. It was very well put together and in the end not one person gets their bounty.

With the cast of; Spy kids mom, The Rock, the girl who survived Texas Chainsaw, guy from fantastic 4 and Pig vomit, I truly didn’t expect much, plus this is a disaster movie after all.

I was also expecting your typical day after tomorrow type movie and even though it was guys saves people to get to his daughter/kid type of movie it was actually pretty good.

The effects were pretty real looking and based on all the research into earthquakes you could see this actually happening. I think at the point of this movie that the whole state would have disconnected and drifted away but it didn’t, I also would have expected the tsumani to come sooner than it did.

All in all this was a pretty good movie

Wow! This was a flash sale, it was $50 plus shipping and I truly didn’t expect to receive so many scents. Scarlet Raine has amazing scents and is very good at what she does, it may just sometimes take awhile for you to receive your wax goodies, but it’s so worth it!
