Storyline;

In the Town of Derry, the local kids are disappearing one by one, leaving behind bloody remains. In a place known as “The Barrens”, a group of seven kids are united by their horrifying and strange encounters with an evil clown and their determination to kill it.

Thoughts;

I was so excited for this movie. I was so hoping it would be better than the original. We have so much better special effects than we did back then. I'm sorry to say I was really disappointed. Not only was this a two hours movie, but it was only part one and in my opinion not at all scary or creepy.

This movie doesn't follow the book or the original. The concept is the same, the creepy clown, kids disappearing and things only the kids can see.

I just felt it was so twisted around and had way too many things that we just didn't need. It definitely had potential to be so much better and scarier. Here's to hoping for Chapter 2.

Caution; Spoiler Alert

Four teenagers are sucked into a magical video game, and the only way the can escape is to work together to finish the game.

Staring;

Dwayne Johnson as Spencer

Kevin Hart as Fridge

Jack Black as Bethany

Karen Gilan as Martha

Rhys Darby as Nigel

Bobby Cannavale as Van Pelt

Nick Jonas as Alex

Alex Wolff as Teenage Spencer

Ser'Darius Blain as Teenage Fridge

Madison Iseman and Teenage Bethany

Morgan Turner as Teenage Martha

Colin Hanks as Adult Alex

Storyline;

In a brand new Jumanji adventure, four high school kids discover an old video game console and are drawn into the game's jungle setting, literally becoming the adult avatars they chose. What they discover is that you don't just play Jumanji-you must survive it. To beat the game and return to the real world, they'll have to go on the most dangerous adventure of their lives, discover what Alan Parrish left 20 years ago, and change the way they think about themselves-or they'll be stuck in the game forever, to be played by others without break

Thoughts;

This movie was great! It wasn't a remake like most are these days, it was a new twist on an older movie. It was a great new concept and different.

We start the movie with a child finding a board game on the beach, he brings it home to his older brother who says “Board games, who plays board games any more”. The game magically changes into a video game, when he plays the game, he is sucked in. Fast forward to 20 years or so later, we come to 4 High School students just trying to survive and get through High School. When all 4 get detention for various reason, the plot goes forward.

They are told to remove all staples from buckets of paper. One of the kids discovers a video game counsel with a game in it. The plug it into the TV and turn it on. With some coaxing, all 4 kids pick characters and all of a sudden are sucked into the game, into the jungle.

This is super funny. First, Fridge, the tallest roughest football player is now Kevin Hart and tiny. Spencer, the skinny non-athletic kid is now Dwayne Johnson and huge. Bethany, the girly girl is now Jack Black and Martha, the “nerd” is now Karen Gillan and wearing skimpy cloths.

They learn early on that they must watch out or they will die and only have 3 lives. Once Nigel picks them up and tells them their objective, the movie really gets going.

I thought it was great, funny and just a great twist on Jumanji!

Without a doubt, this calls for some serious undercover teamwork action, as the badgeless heros in spandex comb the beach for shady newcomers and nefarious entrepreneurs with hidden agendas of their own. Can Mitch's band save the bay?

Thoughts;

So the plot line wasn't the best, but it fit in with the TV shows plots.
This movie was hilarous, it had us laughing from the start. It was an easy to watch movie since the entire cast was eye candy, both guys and girls.

I know this movie didn't get the best of ratings, but it really wasn't that bad.

Thoughts;

This was my first ever order from this vendor and it won't be my last.

Everything smells amazing and she was worried that the turn around time was a little longer than normal due to waiting for a scent that I had ordered. Being a vendor myself I know how this goes and told her not to worry about it. She sent tons of extra's anyway. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate and love everything but she didn't have to do it.

I love these candles though. I am a candle fanatic and these are both beatiful and smell wonderful!

Thoughts;

I love her sweet vanilla honey along with any berry scents and bakery. This vendor tends to be fruity or minty which aren't for me. I will not miss an opportunity to get any of the bakery or berry scents she lists.

I do very much love this vendor's product. Her candles burn great and her wax melts are strong.

If you choose to watch the video, please forgive me as I had just had sugery and was totally loopy but I just couldn't wait to open this order
