Synopsis; Three groups of people are trying to survive Purge Night, when their stories intertwine and are left stranded in the Purge trying to survive the chaos and violence that occurs.

Thoughts;

The first movie was pretty good. Lots of action. This movie seemed much better although it started off very slow and there still wasn’t a bunch of back story to explain why the purge was even started. In a way, this is just like the hunger games except it is everyone.

It almost seems not fair as your watching this movie that people that don’t want to be involved are yet thrown into all of it. The couple who has their car messed with so that it breaks down, the mother and daughter who just want to get through the night and then the person out for revenge

All in all this was a really good movie, each time you thought the movie was going to end with all of them living something would happen.

Thoughts;

As with the first movie, there are a “series” of videos/storylines within the movie with one main one. The main story line is still a bit hard to understand, the girlfriend is taken by an ice cream truck that sends the boyfriend on a chase with the police for the truck, which ends with an “upload” Very confusing.

Skateboarders are another story within this, it’s them just skateboarding until they go to Tijuana Mexico to skate. Strange things happen, zombie type people attack them, they kill them and I still don’t know if they escaped

A person is building a machine, what exactly the machine should do is beyond me but it worked and it is an alternate universe. The man switches with his “other” who turns out to be an alien or something, not really sure but in the end it appears they both die, unsure as to which person died but what hand, super weird.

The magician was a good one. I think it was the best one of all and actually made a little bit of sense. His cap was magical and possessed. He kills people and is dumb enough to video tape them and his assistant turns him in, things go crazy, he dies, she “burns” the cape but it comes back and kills her, the end

I would not recommend this movie to anyone unless you want to be crazy bored and confused during the entire thing.

Thoughts;

The description of this movie made is sound much more interesting. It was not and it wasn’t scary at all, in fact it got a little confusing.  I thought with Ali Larter it would at least be decent. It was hard to watch and no jump scares, which is what makes a good scary movie.

It seemed that there were too many story lines going on and what happened to the dad? The talk about him but never explain what happened.

This woman is crazy! She is so super quick and totally has wings (not sure if they are angle LMAO). I got on her custom sign up on a Thursday and my order shipped on a Friday! I received in on Monday.

Everything smells amazing and she doesn’t mess around with these bakery bags! They are full and heavy! This is an awesome haul and I’m so glad I was able to snag all these! I highly recommend this company

Thoughts;

After watching the Conjuring and finding out that it was based on true events, I was excited to learn about this book. My favorite books to read are true crime and true ghost story books. I received this book for a Christmas gift, started reading it right away and just finished it, about 5 months later. I will always finish the book but based on the length of time it took me shows how un interested I was.

I was really hoping for more “inside” stuff about the house and the ghosts. The first about half was really interesting about how they found the found and some of the things that happened. The back half of the book was just ok, if I could even use that.

It was hard to read and was more about the family then things that happened. There are other volumes and I may check them out, but it’s doubtful.

I’ve known of this company for awhile, they have the best names ever and their motto is “Classy Candles for Classless People” I know tons of people who would be offended by all of this, but I for one am not.

My sister in law is getting married in a week and I finally got around to looking for their gifts, when I saw that they had registered for candles/wax I immediately thought of this company. Had I seen it before I submitted my order I would have also added “Coming out Cucumber Melon”.

Super quick shipping, I thought for sure that I’d be late with my gift, but they shipped out right away and I received the candle within two days! It also smells good J
