Thoughts;
The first movie was good, an original concept that was
creepy, scary and good. Then they just kept coming out with new ones. They say
they are going to do this every year.
My whole feelings on this purge, is; if this ever happened,
I’d be outta here so fast. “All crime is legal”. They say it’s to “keep costs
down” but from the eyes of someone watching the movie, it seems it would cost
more for this. But what do I know? Who am I to downplay the plot?
This one just had odd casting. I mean Bubba Gump was one of
the main characters!! I’m not saying that Mykelit isn’t a good actor, because
he is, I very much enjoyed him as Limehouse in Justified along with many
others, but this role just didn’t seem to fit him.
Of course our hero is going to come ahead again and save the
girl. I mean, the entire movie was just over done and it was very obvious as to
what was going to happen.
