Wax; October 2018 Empties

I have started putting wax in all my warmers! I generally change out all the upstairs one every other day and the downstairs one daily. It’s still a little hard for me to keep track of what’s melting BUT this is a challenge for me so I’m all over it.

There are several warmers in the house, all of different types.


Candles;

Wicked Wax of the East

Scent; Rainbow
Scent Description; Beginning with top notes of pear, green grapes, kiwi, raspberry and peach; followed by middle notes of jasmine and lily of the valley; and well rounded with a base note of white musk
Thoughts; This smelled so good! It was amazing.

Creative Enchantment

Scent; Unicorn Poo
Scent Description; A unique concoction consisting of different layers of fruity scents. Some have described the blend as candy-like, comparing the scent to skittles, starburst, or sweet-tarts
Thoughts; This smelled amazing on cold. It smelled great and threw well despite having to burn this candle for a few hours to get a perfect melt pool. Once it hit over ½ way gone, the scent was just gone. This is not typical for a creative enchantment candle.

Scent; Berries & Cream
Scent Description; A delightful mix of Strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries topped with a rich sweet cream note.
Thoughts; This was a very high maintance candle, it smelled amazing and threw decent, however you really had to work with it since it would not melt the whole candle, it tunnelled, so you'd have to scrap the wax and then not trim the wick next time.

Scent Description; A combination of the two scents
Thoughts; This was my son's, this was so strong and I personally hated it LOL. My son however loved every second of it!

Scent; Grape Bubblegum Lollipop
Scent Description; An amazing combination of the scents
Thoughts; Ok, so this was my son's melt but I wanted it because it smelled so good

Scent; Twilight
Scent Description; This warm musky blend opens with citrus highlights that accent a heart of fresh white flowers. Lily and muguet bloom in a soft bouquet as a highly textured wood complex soothes the senses. Exotic musk is sweetened with golden amber and black vanilla at the base of the scent.
Thoughts; This was a small sample tart, however this was super strong and amazing!


Hillbilly Wax Company

Scent; Hillbilly Hippie
Scent Description; Cannabis Blossom; Green Fern and cannabis notes open up to a flora accord of gardenia and violet. White musk and golden amber round out this fragrance with a touch of patchouli
Thoughts; This was such a small sample that I used in a tea-light warmer, it was pretty strong and to me the patchouli was dominant

Scent; Nutty Squirrel
Scent Description; Pistachio Pudding Cake
Thoughts; I loved this! This was super strong

Fangirl Wax

Scent; Salvatore
Scent Description; Barbershop, Pink Sugar & Blue Sugar
Thoughts; This was a large snow flake tart that I cut up and melted in a few different warmers, I didn't get anything from this in any of them. As much as I don't like barbershop scent I was hoping that the sugar scents would be dominant, but nothing

Scent; Have you heard about Betty?
Scent Description; Cornbread & Blueberry
Thoughts; This literally smelled liked cornbread & blueberry! It was pretty strong

Scent; Always
Scent Description; White Cake, Marshmallow Fluff, Raspberries, Strawberries, Cranberries, Buttercream and Ice Champagne
Thoughts; This one was strong. It was a fruity cake scent

Scent; Gengar
Scent Description; Boo Berry & Cotton Candy
Thoughts; This was not as strong as I'd hoped. It was very good and it carried but truly I would have wanted this one to hit me in the face (this is just me)

The Plaid Stallion

Scent; Aurora
Scent Description; Snuggle up to your honey, while Aurora fills your home. The romantic fusion of calla lily and carnations, compliment the smooth vanilla citrus. Put your mind and body at ease, with the relaxing vibes of Aurora.
Thoughts; This was strong and floral. It was really good

Scent; Day-O
Scent Description; Day-ay-ay-ay-o! Daylight come and we wan' go home. Come, Mr. Tally Mon, tally me banana. (Daylight come and he wan' go home) Day-O is just the candle for you if you're banana's for Bananas. With it's light, sweet banana tones, and savory hints of vanilla and sugar, you'll be reaching for a 'nanner in no time!
Thoughts; Nothing, not a thing out of this one.

Scent; Humble Abode
Scent Description; Nothing makes a house more cozy than the smell of Fall. Humble Abode, with it's cinnamon spice, and light, cranberry and cotton tones, will make it feel like leaves are falling, year-round. Break out your light jackets, and be prepared to jump into a pile of leaves!
Thoughts; The cinnamon is dominant in this and really strong.

Scent; Belvedere
Scent Description; Finally, ladies and gentleman, the candle for the man's man! Belvedere, the candle that will put hair on your chest. Its luscious blends of musky leather and wood pays tribute to the chiseled man. While the rich accents of violet, vanilla, and amber soften his edge.
Thoughts; Nothing, not a thing, even putting my nose to the warmer

Scent; Double Windsor

Thoughts; I just got a musky scent, it was pretty strong though

Thoughts; This was super strong! It smelled so good and was an amazing combination of the scents!

Scent; Earl Grey & Apple

Thoughts; Although strong and a very good performance, I didn't like this scent. It just wasn't for me

Scent; Summer Scoop & Strawberry Champagne

Thoughts; This was really good! It smelled very nice and fruity

Scent; Love Spell & Pink Chiffon
Scent Description; A blend of the two scents
Thoughts; I don't like love spell by itself. I love pink chiffon and I was super happy that the pink chiffon was dominant. This smelled really good and preformed extremely well

Vintage Chic Scents

Scent; Sweet Heart Smoothie
Scent Description; Sweet Candy Marshmallow
Thoughts; I loved this scent! I think if it were just sweet candy it would have been stronger but the marshmallow maybe toned it down a bit

Scent; Fred & Wilma Carousel Over pour
Scent Descriptions; Fruity Pebbles Rice Krispie Treats Gooey Marshmallows and Cotton Candy Frosting Vanilla Waffle Cone
Thoughts; I truly wish this had been stronger. It had such a creamy light cold scent

Scent; Cookie Monster & Fred and Wilma
Scent Description; Sugar Cookie, Sugar Cookie Dough, Buttercream Frosting & Sugar Milk plus Fruity Pebbles, Rice Krispe Treats & Gooey Marshmallows
Thoughts; I loved this! This was so good!

Scent; Pistachio Pudding Cake
Scent Description; The powerful aroma of pistachio nuts, almond, honey, heliotrope, and rich, creamy vanilla custard
Thoughts; Love this scent, I would have never even tried this scent if it weren't for April and I fell in love with it

Scent; Bomb Pop
Scent Description; Just says “The Ice pop we all love”
Thoughts; Normally this scent is crazy strong but this butterfly tart didn't have a strong scent at all. Not sure what happened but there was just a little lemon lime and that was it

Scent; Christmas Splendor
Scent Description; The wonderful Christmas combination of apples, oak, balsam, fir, and pine, with a background of cinnamon and clove
Thoughts; This was such a great cinnamon clove scent!

Scent; Blueberry Crunch Cake
Scent Description; Top notes of juicy blueberry with orange zests, butter cake, vanilla topped with almond crunch
Thoughts; This is one of my son's favorite scents and it preformed very well in his room

Scent; Circus Dream Cloud
Scent Description; It is a blend of blue raspberry,cotton candy, pink sugar, vanilla and a touch of magic!
Thoughts; This scent is really good, I love all the scents in it

Beezy-Tarts

Scent; Lavender Berry
Scent Description; The combination of fruits and floral
Thoughts; I love this scent and beezy's does not disappoint, super strong wax

Scent; Candy Shop

Thoughts; I love candy scents and this one was perfect!

Scent; Raspberry Lime
Scent Description; I assume a blend of the scents
Thoughts; I'm not a lime fan normally but the raspberry was dominant and the lime gave it a very nice tart

Luna Wax

Scent; Pumpkin Pecan Waffles
Scent Description; A warm waffle topped with pumpkin maple syrup, highlighted with sweet butter and crushed pecans
Thoughts; I love this scent but this had zero throw to it.


Arcadian Oils

Scent; Happy Birthday
Scent Description; Cardamom Spiced Cake with Pistachio Fluff and Pink Buttercream
Thoughts; Even though this vendor is a hot mess, she makes an amazing product. I tried these in several warmers and everything was amazing! This threw like a beast and smelled so good. I really wish should would get it together, package her products correctly (In correct bags) and make sure everything is labeled, she could have a great business!


Melts Treasures

Scent; Blueberry Cheesecake
Scent Description; The scent of sweet, yummy decadence starting with Tahitian vanilla, rich creamy butter and ripe blueberries atop a crumbly graham cracker crust.
Thoughts; This wasn't very strong, however since there is no pour date on it it could use some cure time.

Wicked Wax of the East

Scent; Pure Imagination
Scent Description; A blend of cream soda, fresh watermelon slices, hubba bubba bubblegum
Thoughts; This was really good. I loved all the scents from this sample

Scent; Pink Sugar
Scent Description; A fruity blend of cotton candy, lemon drops, caramel and raspberry jam on a dry down of musks
Thoughts; I love this scent and hers is super strong!

Scent; Cotton Candy

Thoughts; This was actually super strong! Cotton Candy tends to be lighter but not this one!

Scent; Scrumdiddlyumptious
Scent Description; blend of cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon; with citrus top notes of mandarin, tangerine, grapefruit and lime; with just a hint of juicy McIntosh apples
Thoughts; This was super fruity!

Scent; Black Cherry
Scent Description; An extremely strong aroma of ripened sweet black cherries.
Thoughts; This was super strong and a strong cherry-it was so good!

Creative Enchantment

Scent; Pretty & Clean
Scent Description; Soft Clean air floral blended with sweetened fruity notes, smells exactly like it sounds, pretty & Clean
Thoughts; This smelled really good! It was truly an amazing blend of floral fruity and clean notes

Scent; Sweet Vanilla Honey
Scent Description; Sugar sweet vanilla with a touch of rich wildflower Honey
Thoughts; I love this scent, it's so good!

Scent; Apple Berry
Scent Description; Sweet red apples and mixed berries
Thoughts; The berries portion of the scent was dominant and this was pretty light

Scent; Mulberry Woods
Scent Description; Delicately sweet white Mulberry on a soft background of cedar and fir!
Thoughts; This scent is amazing, it's so nice and strong!

Scent; Cedar & Spice
Scent Description; Warm White Cedar wood topped with spicy notes of nutmeg and undertones of other spice warm and woodsy without being musky
Thoughts; This was strong and very nice!

Scent; Strawberry Rhubarb
Scent Description; Sweet & tart, tart rhubarb blends with true Strawberry
Thoughts; This scent is your basic strawberry rhubarb scent and it preforms good for me

Scent; Tea Delight
Scent Description; Rich Dark Black tea, with a Nutty Almond Background and hints of orange
Thoughts; To my nose the black tea is dominant and I get a hint of the almond, but it is most definitely a tea scent

Scent; Cupcakes
Scent Description; Rich yellow vanilla cake batter and buttercream frosting
Thoughts; This seriously smells like a frosted cupcake!

Wicky Wicky Wax

Scent; Heart to Heart
Scent Description; Unsure
Thoughts; I don't know what this was supposed to smell like but it smelled like nothing both cold and warm :(

Thoughts; This was so strong and amazing!

Thoughts; This one wasn't really strong, what I could smell was a very light floral scent

Thoughts; This smelled amazing, although not strong it was really good!

Scent Description; A wonderful blend of rose, sandalwood and vanilla bean with a light note of musk.
Thoughts; OMG this was so good. This was a scent that based on name alone I wouldn't have purchased it

Scent; Berry Patch
Scent Description; We have taken two of our best sellers and combined them together to create this wonderful blend. With this fragrance you get the deep, rich undertones of patchouli and top notes of our well loved black raspberry vanilla fragrance
Thoughts; This was so good! The black raspberry vanilla with the patchouli together was such an amazing strong blend!
