Caution; Spoiler Alert

Synopsis; When Mel receives an unexpected email from her oldest friend Abi, it brings back memories she thought she had buried forever. Their friendship belonged in the past. To those carefree days at university.
But Abi is in trouble and needs Mel’s help, and she wants a place to stay. Just for a few days, while she sorts things out. It’s the least Mel can do.

Thoughts;
This book starts off a little boring. It seems a little hard to follow as the story takes place in England and I had to get used to or look up some of the words.

So Melanie and Abi were good friends at the University they attended until Melanie got pregnant and left. She hadn't talked to Abi in years but an email comes through. Of course all the memories come flooding back about their friendship and how the meet.

Abi seems to be going through a hard time during her divorce in America. Of couse Mel being the good friend, invites her to come stay. Abi comes, they catch up and she over stays her welcome. Mel is now a busy mom of 3 kids with a loving husband who seems to have her life together. The mystery is surrounding her son Liam's father. Mel won't give it up and claims that it was a one night stand.

Things take a major turn when it's discovered that Abi is having an affair with Liam. She gets Liam to move out and gets pregnant. This is when the book gets really good. The jealousy that Abi feels toward Mel and when it's finally revealed that Rob, Abi's soon to be x-husband is the father of Liam everything comes to light.

Abi found out that Mel had slept with Rob when they were at the University. She found out that the baby's father was in fact her now husband Rob. When she walked into Rob sleeping with someone else, she asked for a divorce and sought to seek revenge against Mel.

Abi seduces Liam to get pregnant to get revenge against Mel. The end of the book is amazing and it brings the entire story to light. I loved it once it reached the middle and didn't want to put it down.
