Storyline;

On the streets of New Orleans, word begins to spread about a mysterious new pill that unlocks superpowers unique to each user. The catch: You don't know what will happen until you take it. While some develop bulletproof skin, invisibility, and super strength, others exhibit a deadlier reaction. But when the pill escalates crime within the city to dangerous levels, a local cop (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) teams with a teenage dealer (Dominique Fishback) and a former soldier fueled by a secret vendetta (Jamie Foxx) to fight power with power and risk taking the pill in order to track down and stop the group responsible for creating it

Thoughts;

This was a Netflix original and what do you do when your basically on “bed rest” after surgery? You watch movie after movie and blog about them, I wasn't sure what to expect with this one really. It looked decent by the trailer but then again so did Knock Knock.

We learn quickly that this drug that gives you super powers is illegal and you don't know what your power will be until you take it. Some people simply blow up and some people become super hero's. It comes down a Cop, a soldier looking for his daughter and a teenager just trying to help out her mother joining forces to try and figure everything out.

This movie works, it works well and just the right amount of fun and action.
