It
is the story of four seekers who arrive at a notoriously unfriendly

Thoughts;
I've
seen the movie with Luke Wilson, I thought at the time it was decent,
then I saw the netflix show, I was completely unaware that this was
even a book until I saw it listed on netflix!
The
movie actually is closer to the book than the show, however this book
was great! You'd never know it was written in the late 50's. Such
detail and you truly feel like your at hill house!
I
am all about spooky and ghosts and houses like this. I feel like the
netflix show really did this book justice and put it's own spin on
it. Amazing

Thoughts;
I
wish the mystery bakery scents were more cookies and cupcakes, this
is a lot of cinnamon and I feel like I ordered a cinnamon mystery
box. They do all smell great and I wanted to try scents that weren't
something I would have ordered.
I'm
glad I didn't get any Zucchini bread scents, as those are not my
favorite
I
wish this vendor labeled the scents on the packaging. She uses all
blends and they are all named, so having to go through and figure out
what's in each scent was a little time consuimg.
I
also wish she would sticker each bag with her logo and name, I think
that's the best form of advertising as if I share any of this with
someone who doesn't know I will have to label them myself.

Storyline;
A
couple's replacement babysitter comes highly recommended. After the
parents leave, the children begin to suspect that she is not the
person she claims to be when she subjects them to a series of twisted
activities.
Thoughts;
The movie starts out with
a girl walking down the street, a car pulls up, asks for directions
then a man comes up behind the standing girl. They then ask if she's
Anna, the man then grabs the girl and gets into the car. We then go to a girl
sitting on her front stoop, she wipes blood off her shoe, then a mini
van pulls up to pick her up. It's clear that she is going to be
babysitting. Once the parents leave is
when the movie picks up, you get a creepy vibe from the girl, who
calls herself Anna from the first meeting.
She has the oldest child
get her a tampon, while she is going to the bathroom. She plays the
parents sex tape (which you never see but very graphic noise), feeds
the daughters hamster to the snake, lets the kids paint on the walls
and even steels from the parents.
The “regular”
babysitter shows up to check on the kids, things go weird when they
girl runs out to hug her, and hands her a note. She finds herself
locked in a closet after having her head slammed into her steering
wheel.
It becomes clear that the
intent is to steal the youngest child and make him her own. She drugs
all the kids to sleep then tries to leave the house. The oldest child
having made himself throw up stops the plan.
All in all this movie was
just ok, there were tons of gaps where you wish a back story or a
continued story would have happened.
I
have started putting wax in all my warmers! I generally change out
all the upstairs one every other day and the downstairs one daily.
It’s still a little hard for me to keep track of what’s melting
BUT this is a challenge for me so I’m all over it.
There
are several warmers in the house, all of different types. I generally
like to try the same vendor in all warmers to see what works in what
warmers/rooms. Smaller Rooms vs Larger Rooms and I also throw in what
my son melts in his room (he's 8)
The
opinions I put here are my opinions/experiences only. I fully urge
each and everyone of you to form your own opinions/experiences on
vendors for yourself by placing an order and getting a de-stash.
Candles have many aspects to them and if I say I had a hard time
burning one candle that doesn't mean the rest from the same vendor
will be like that.

This candle burned quick but clean. It wasn't the strongest scent,
however I don't think this is meant to be. The scent description is
off to me as I get the creamed coconut and vanilla musks, no fruity
accents to my nose!

it! I purchased an etched glass from her for him and kept the candle!
This burned clean and wonderfully!

description but smelled almost clean.
