Thoughts;
Finally, a good thrasher movie! The movie itself as a little
confusing at the end as to who really was the one who was possessing?
My daughter and I really like these types of “scary movies”,
there is suspense, horror, blood and guts and yet it’s all really a fake
scenario.
A group of kids decides to have a party at an abandon insane
asylum that is being fixed up by a church. You know right there that things are
going to go bad. One of the kids somehow becomes possessed and it goes from
there. They of course get locked in and are picked off one by one. Of course
the twist at the end of the movie is the fact that it’s all Father Conway’s
fault!
I loved the mix of comedy and horror throughout this movie;
it also seemed to lack those “boring” character stories, which was nice!
