Storyline;
A young woman returns to her small hometown intent on killing her abusive father only to discover someone murdered him the day before. As the girl searches for answers, she uncovers a family legacy more dangerous than she'd imagined
Thoughts;
The previews looked good. I can understand the raiting this movie received as come on, watch this and you just might fall asleep.
First off, noone has names, “Girl” is able to get on a bus and travel from god knows where to god knows where with an ax in her bag. She shows up in an unknown town and starts asking for someone assuming that everyone knows everyone. Also, she never gets carded at the bar, yet they keep serving her. She goes to her father's house and finds him dead, and is pissed because she wanted to kill him. The laundry matt scene is creepy. But really? How the hell does this “Girl” survive all of this. Then at the end, her mom just leaves her? So strange.
