Thoughts;
Almost immediately strange things start to happen in the house and Tom is seeing images of his dead father all over. He finds a secret door that allows him to walk between the walls and he finds peep holes all over.
Since he isn't allowed to leave he calls a grocery store and then meets Lynn who delivers his order to him. They start talking and we then learn what it is that happened to get him locked up for so long.
When his brother appears is when things start to turn in this movie. It's not known what is “real” and what is truly in Tom's head. Tons of things happen and it's a freaky movie that isn't too long and gets right to the point however I wish they would have revealed what was real and what wasn't.
