Thoughts;
I liked the first movie, the 2nd move was just ok.
I expected this movie to be the same story line, someone is taken, Liam Neeson
kicks ass and finds them. It wasn’t. This was a movie with the same characters
around the same family who several years later has put everything that happened
in the first two movies behind them.
I very much liked that the main characters were played by the
same people, sometimes they will switch people out, this made it seem more “real”.
I knew based on the previews that Famke Janssen’s character
was going to be killed, what I did not expect was the framing of Bryan Mills. I
expected it to be a “My x-wife was killed and I’m going to solve this murder”
type of plot, he was actually framed for it and proves that he is still pretty
bad ass as an old man.
