Thoughts;
This movie was on my list in
netflix as we love scary movies here. Based on some rather dull and boring ones
I checked the reviews on this movie first. It got decent reviews and we were
looking for a really good scary one.
The movie started out a bit dull,
then once they got into the story you started to understand what was going to
happen. So many questions seemed to be answered at once.
The movie truly starts when the
couple arrives “home”. They catch a
ride to their new apartment from what seem to be her parents, he calls the dad
uncle, didn’t understand that part.
Once they arrive at the apartment
you can tell right away that something is out of place, the mother can sense
it.
I don’t want to give too much away
with this but it turns out that the lady killed the baby and her husband is the
Djinn’s baby. At the end you find out that the building that they are living in
isn’t ready yet and no one is living there!
It wasn’t quite the scare we were looking for, but it was
pretty good
